Plans and prices
Normbeleg is the app for Stripe that turns finalized Stripe invoices into e-invoices. All prices are in euros (EUR), plus VAT where applicable.
What you can use today: Only the Free plan is available. The live service covers Romania only (RO e-Factura: sellers established in Romania, business-to-business invoices in RON). Germany, Poland and other EU countries can be tried in Stripe test mode only. The paid plans below are coming soon — not yet purchasable: there is nothing to buy on this page and no payment is taken.

How the limits work
- An e-invoice counts once, when its first version is created. Retries and corrections of the same Stripe invoice do not count again.
- When the monthly limit is reached, new e-invoices are not created until the next month. The app shows the state "Monthly limit reached" on the invoice.
- Every plan keeps each e-invoice, its validation report and the ANAF records for 12 months in write-protected storage in the EU. A long-term archive (until the end of the 8th year after the issue year) will be an option of the paid plans only.
- On the Scale plan, e-invoices above 10,000 in a month will cost €0.004 each (Terms, section 12.1).
Binding terms
The Terms of Service, section 12 govern plans, fees and taxes. When paid plans are offered, we will publish them here and in the app first; the prices and quotas published then prevail.
